Everything I do on this site is for both selfish and un-selfish reasons. A lot of this information is for my own purposes so that I can get quick access to it from anywhere anytime. I also hope that some of you will stumble upon my ramblings and find some value in it all. A lot of the pages and forum posts I see on the Internet tend to be quite boastful and from a more elite perspective. I think that can be demotivational to those of us that are not so gifted in the speed department (Truth be told, I used to put up some decent numbers but recurring injury caused me to change my perspective, slow down, and focus on racing injury free). If my unbiased experiences help just one person it makes all the effort worth it.
